Analog Office is my digital love letter* to analog office supplies and organizing methods.
I love tech, but for a lot of things, I just keep going back to paper. Perhaps people who are tactile, visual thinkers have problems with managing all our information in apps. If important information is in an app, it’s like it’s in a drawer. Someone else’s drawer. Sometimes it’s easier just to have paper files and notebooks.
I also hate scanning and refiling stuff digitally. If it came to me on paper, it generally stays that way.
I also have … (looks around, whispers) … fountain pens… too many notebooks… and, well, my secret vice: 20th century officing skills.
Yes, I love my obsidian files, but I love these little numbers too.
So once I get my tickler file set up for January, I’ll be writing more here.
